The 12 Falls
There is a valley called 'Mujachigol', where a stream originating from the Seongbong Peak of Seongchisan Mountain (648m) forms multiple waterfalls and flows for 3km before joining the Bonghwangcheon Stream, an ideal course for summer hikers.

Introduction
People typically begin their hike in Guseok 1-ri, where Bonghwangcheon Stream flows. The trail allows hikers to cross and hike along the valley in which about half of the 6.5km hiking trail to Seongbong Peak is next to it.
After a long hike, take a dip in the cool water running along the valley. If you are feeling too exhausted, just relax next to the crystal clear water-cool down and forget about the heat while enjoying the forest. Mujachigol, in particular, is famous for its 12 Falls. They are waterfalls of various sizes, the first a massive 20m.
The 12 Falls consist of waterfalls, with pools of water forming under rocky cliffs or between large rocks. The pools are fairly shallow, both kids and adults can swim without worry.
