Wash the fresh ginseng thoroughly with clean water and eat as is, or store it in distilled liquor for a prolonged period of time to make ginseng liquor. It can also be ground using a blender and mixed with milk to drink it as a beverage. Add honey or other flavoring agent according to your own preference.
